The NZ Certificate in Business Level 4 (Administration and Technology) is delivered via 5 modules totalling 60 credits. The Modules are:
1. Technological Services - Unit Standard 29029 (20 credits)
2. Data Processing - Unit Standard 29030 (15 credits)
3. Administrative Systems - Unit Standard 32348 (10 credits)
4. Interpersonal Communications (Collaboration) - Unit Standard 11101 (5 credits)
5. Provide Safe and Secure Customer Service - Unit Standard 122 (5 credits at L3)

This programme intends to provide for the training of personnel for the horticultural industry (fruit production sector) to undertake entry level roles for fruit production horticultural operations.
Successful graduates will be able to work carrying out routine operations under limited supervision; specifically, for fruit production within the horticultural industry.
Graduate Outcomes
GPO 1: Work as an effective member of a team, including communication and interaction with team members and colleagues relevant to a role in the horticulture sector.
GPO 2: Carry out routine seasonal fruit production tasks.
